Evolve Your Team™ is a four-hour facilitated workshop for teams that want to work systematically on a specific team, project or organisational challenge and turn it into clearer decisions and actionable next steps.
The workshop is based on the Evolve Your Team™ methodology and cards.The structured process helps participants bring different perspectives together, develop a shared understanding of the challenge, identify available resources and areas of influence, clarify the desired change and translate it into realistic actions.
The conclusion focuses on on concrete implementation:what we will do, who will take responsibility, and which step we can take first.

The price includes workshop preparation, basic adaptation to your specific challenge, professional facilitation and the use of Evolve Your Team™ cards and standard workshop materials.

The price includes preparation, implementation, and basic materials. Travel expenses, venue rental, meals, and other external costs are not included. VAT is not charged pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 94 of the VAT Act (ZDDV-1).
