What is Evolve Your Team?

Evolve Your Team is a structured, card-based facilitation method for working with real challenges in teams, projects and organisations.

It is designed for professionals who guide groups through development, change, collaboration, planning or the resolution of concrete challenges and want a clear process from the starting question to shared decisions and concrete action.

The cards help structure thinking and discussion, make different perspectives visible and maintain the connection between the different parts of the process.

The phases build on one another, giving the facilitator a clear thread from the initial challenge through to action.

How do you use the cards?

The digital Facilitator Guide provides a structured format for a core triurne delavnice skozi vseh pet faz, skupaj s pripravo, predlaganim časom, načinom dela, pričakovanimi rezultati posameznih delov, primeri ter dodatnimi facilitatorskimi orodji. Proces je strukturiran, vendar ga lahko prilagajate namenu, skupini, času in svojemu facilitatorskemu slogu.

The physical format of the cards allows participants to select, turn, move, cluster and connect the cards.This makes the group’s thinking visible, helps participants recognise relationships more easily and supports the creation of a shared picture of the challenge.

You can use the cards:

• as the complete five-phase Evolve process,
• as a foundation for your own workshop,
• by using individual phases,
• or by integrating individual cards into your existing facilitation processes.

The method provides the structure. The facilitator still leads the process.

Developed and made in Slovenia

Methodology design and card content: Involve Evolution, Institute for Personal and Systemic Development.

Original iconography and visual symbolism system: Katja Keserič Markovič, designer and illustrator. The visual system was developed specifically for the Evolve methodology and supports its phases, concepts, and intuitive use of maps.

Evolve is developed and made in Slovenia in a small production run. The first edition consists of only 25 sets of each language version.

The packaging is made from 100% dead-stock wool felt from Jutranjka..
