She has over 16 years of experience in sustainable development, project management, mentoring, impact-driven entrepreneurship, and team development. Her work combines systems thinking with an understanding of people, as real change requires both.
She helps companies, public institutions, teams, and individuals move beyond frustration or theory to define clear, meaningful, and actionable steps. Its work is grounded in collaboration, responsibility, practical testing, and the courage to make unconventional choices.
