The Provider is:

Involve Evolution, Institute for the Development of Individuals and Systems

Tax number: 28966775

Registration number: 7314230000

Email: info@involve-evolution.com

Telephone: +386 31 876 996

In the following text, Involve Evolution is referred to as the “Provider”, and a website visitor, client or purchaser as the “User” or “Customer”.

These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of every contract concluded through the website or on the basis of an offer issued by the Provider. Before submitting an online order, the Customer must confirm that they have read and agree to them.

Consumers also have all rights guaranteed by applicable Slovenian and European legislation, in particular the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1). Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits a consumer’s statutory rights.

2. Products and Services Offered

The Involve Evolution offering may include:

  • physical Evolve developmental card sets;
  • replacement or individual cards;
  • digital guides, manuals, video instructions and other content;
  • online courses and content in the online learning platform;
  • coaching, mentoring and facilitation;
  • workshops, training sessions, and developmental team-building activities,
  • consulting, project work and customised programmes for organisations;
  • other products and services presented on the website.

The main characteristics, content, price and availability of each product or service are stated on its presentation or sales page.

Product photographs may be illustrative. Due to screen settings, materials and printing, minor colour variations may occur that do not affect the content or use of the product.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in euros and represent the final price, including taxes that the provider is required to charge in accordance with their tax status.

The price applicable to the purchase is the price displayed when the order is submitted. Delivery costs are shown separately before the order is completed.

The Provider reserves the right to change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Obvious errors in the price, description or calculation are not binding on the Provider. If the Provider identifies an obvious error after an order has been submitted, the Customer will be informed and given the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and receive a refund of any amount already paid.

4. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are valid under the conditions specified for each promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • a code is valid only during the specified period;
  • a code may be used only once per order;
  • different codes cannot be combined;
  • a code cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • a discount cannot be applied retrospectively;
  • a code may apply only to selected products, languages or a limited number of orders.

If a promotion is limited to a particular number of purchases, it remains valid until the available number of codes or orders has been used.

5. Placing an Order and Concluding a Contract

The Customer selects a product, its version or language and the quantity, and adds it to the shopping basket. Before submitting the order, the Customer may review and correct the contents of the basket and their details.

An order is submitted when the Customer completes the checkout process by clicking a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay.

After submitting the order, the Customer receives confirmation of receipt at the email address provided. The contract is concluded when the Provider confirms the order or begins its performance.

The Provider may reject an order if a product is out of stock, payment cannot be processed, clearly incorrect or incomplete information has been provided, there is a reasonable suspicion of misuse, or delivery to the specified address is not possible. If the order has already been paid, the Provider will refund the payment received.

The contract is concluded in Slovenian or English, depending on the language used for the purchase. Order information is stored in the Provider’s system and is available to the Customer in the confirmation message or user account, where enabled.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Depending on the product or service, they may include payment on the basis of a pro forma invoice or bank transfer, payment card or another electronic payment method, payment against an issued invoice, or instalments where agreed in advance.

For electronic payments, the information necessary to process the transaction is handled by the selected payment service provider. Involve Evolution does not store complete payment-card details.

The Provider issues the invoice electronically and sends it to the Customer’s email address or makes it available in the user account.

7. Delivery of Physical Products:

We deliver physical products to countries for which delivery is enabled in the online shop.

Standard delivery costs are:

EUR 5.90 for delivery within the European Union, including Slovenia;

EUR 7.90 for delivery to countries outside the European Union.

The delivery charge is applied once to the entire order, regardless of whether the Customer orders one set, two sets or a bundle containing both sets. The final delivery cost is displayed before the order is submitted.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes or other charges. These are not included in the price of the product or delivery and are payable by the Customer.

The estimated dispatch or delivery time is stated with the product, at checkout or in the order confirmation. If no specific deadline has been agreed, the order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than within the period prescribed by law.

The Customer must provide a correct and complete delivery address. The Provider may charge the Customer for additional costs arising from an incorrect address, unjustified refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect a parcel.

Upon receipt, the Customer should check the condition of the shipment. If the parcel is visibly damaged, the Customer should, where possible, document the damage, notify the delivery provider and inform the Provider as soon as possible.

8. Cancellation of an Order Within 24 Hours

The Customer may cancel an order without giving a reason within 24 hours of submitting it by sending a clear statement to info@involve-evolution.com.

If the order has not yet been dispatched and access to digital content has not yet been activated, the Provider will cancel the order and refund all payments received.

If a physical order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be handled in accordance with the rules on withdrawal from the contract and return of the product.

The option to cancel within 24 hours does not limit the consumer’s statutory right of withdrawal or the additional 30-day return option.

9. As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within

A consumer who concludes a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For a physical product, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which the consumer, or a third party appointed by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the product. Where an order contains several products delivered separately, the period begins on the day the final product is received.

To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to info@involve-evolution.com or to the Provider’s postal address before the period expires. The consumer may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but its use is not mandatory.

The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the consumer informed the Provider of the withdrawal. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product. The Provider is not required to accept cash-on-delivery parcels.

The product should be returned undamaged, complete and, where possible, in its original packaging. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

The Provider will refund payments received from the consumer no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. The Provider may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the consumer provides evidence that the product has been sent back.

In the event of full cancellation of an order within the first 24 hours, the Provider will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered. Additional costs resulting from the selection of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable. When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge is generally not refundable.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the Customer unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.

10. Additional 30-Day Return Option

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Provider offers a voluntary return option for physical products for up to 30 days after receipt.

For returns made between the 15th and 30th day, the product must be unused, undamaged and complete, and returned in its original, undamaged packaging. Before returning the product, the Customer must notify the Provider at info@involve-evolution.com and send the product no later than the 30th day following receipt.

The Customer bears the return delivery costs. For voluntary returns made between the 15th and 30th day, the price of the returned product will be refunded, but the original delivery charge will not be refunded.

This additional option does not reduce the consumer’s statutory rights. If the purchase of a physical product included access to an accompanying digital guide or online content, the Provider may terminate that access after the product is returned.

11. Digital Content, PDF Guides and the Online Learning Platform

Digital content may be provided through a user account, the Tutor LMS online learning platform, an access or download link, by email or as content included with the purchase of a physical product.

The Customer must keep access details secure and must not disclose them to other persons. Access is intended for the Customer or the users covered by the purchased licence.

Digital content is generally made available to the Customer immediately after successful completion of the purchase or activation of access.

The Provider endeavours to keep digital content available but is not liable for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, hosting outages or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. User Account

Registration of a user account may be required to use certain content. The User is responsible for the accuracy of their information, the security of their password and all activity conducted through their account. If unauthorised access is suspected, the User must notify the Provider immediately.

A user account is personal and non-transferable. The Provider may restrict or terminate it in the event of misuse, unauthorised sharing of content, interference with the operation of the website or another material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Lack of Conformity and Damaged or Incomplete Products

The Provider is liable for any lack of conformity of goods in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1).

The Customer should notify the Provider of a damaged, incorrect, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming product at info@involve-evolution.com and provide the order number, a description of the issue, photographs where available and the preferred remedy.

Where the claim is justified, the consumer will be provided with the remedies prescribed by law, such as bringing the goods into conformity, replacement, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract where the relevant conditions are met. The Provider bears the necessary costs of a justified claim.

14. Lost or Subsequently Damaged Cards

If, after receiving the product, the Customer loses or damages an individual card, the Customer may ask the Provider whether a replacement card is available for purchase.

The possibility of replacement depends on the availability of the relevant edition, language and version of the set. The price of the replacement card and delivery cost will be communicated to the Customer before the order is confirmed.

A paid replacement does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights where the product was already damaged, incomplete or non-conforming at the time of delivery.

15. Coaching, Mentoring, Workshops and Other Services

The scope, price, date, method of delivery and other particulars of a service are specified on the website, in the offer, registration form or individual agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client may cancel or reschedule an individual coaching or mentoring appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment, a workshop for a group of individuals at least three days before the event, and a larger customised workshop, consultancy service or programme for an organisation at least 14 days before it begins.

In the event of a later cancellation, the Provider may retain a proportionate part of the payment or charge for costs already incurred, a reserved appointment or work already performed, provided that the client was informed of this in advance.

Za pogodbe z organizacijami veljajo odpovedni pogoji iz ponudbe ali pogodbe.

16. Cancellation of a Service or Event by the Provider

The Provider may reschedule or cancel a service due to illness or the unforeseen absence of the service provider, insufficient registrations, force majeure, safety or organisational reasons, or circumstances that prevent the service from being delivered to an appropriate standard.

The Customer will be offered a new date, a comparable alternative or a refund of the amount paid for the part of the service that was not provided.

The Provider may refuse or terminate cooperation in the event of insulting, violent, dangerous or otherwise unacceptable conduct by a participant, or where continued cooperation is objectively impossible. Services already provided and mandatory consumer rights will be taken into account when calculating any amount due.

17. Nature of Developmental Services

Programmes, coaching, mentoring, cards and other developmental tools are intended to support personal, team, business and systemic development. They do not constitute or replace healthcare, psychotherapy, legal, financial or other regulated professional services.

The Provider does not guarantee a specific personal or business result, as the result also depends on the User’s participation, decisions, circumstances and actions. This does not limit the Provider’s responsibility to deliver the agreed service correctly and professionally.

18. Copyright and Permitted Use

Texts, graphics, photographs, videos, guides, methodology, cards, logos and other materials are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights.

The Customer may use the cards and accompanying materials for their own personal development, in work with their team or within their organisation, and in work with clients or participants, provided that such use is consistent with the purpose of the product and the Provider’s instructions.

Without prior written permission, it is prohibited to copy, scan or reproduce cards and guides; publish their complete content; sell or distribute copies; provide unauthorised access; incorporate the content into another product or course; or use trade marks in a manner that creates the impression of an official partnership or certification.

19. Complaints

The Customer may submit a complaint to info@involve-evolution.com. The complaint should include the Customer’s contact information, the order number or a description of the service, and a clear description of the issue. The Provider will consider the complaint and endeavour to reach an amicable solution

20. Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes

The Provider does not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution services as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may initiate in accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act, unless the Provider expressly agrees otherwise in a particular case.

A list of registered providers is available on the website of the competent ministry of the Republic of Slovenia.

21. Personal Data Protection and Cookies

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is described in the Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are used only on the basis of the User’s choice where consent is required.

22. Limitation of Liability

The Provider endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information and ensure reliable operation of the website. It is not liable for temporary unavailability resulting from maintenance, technical disruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Contracts concluded with the Provider and the use of the website are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Provider and the Customer will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the dispute will be decided by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.

Consumers retain all rights and judicial protection afforded to them under mandatory provisions of Slovenian law or the law of their country of habitual residence.

24. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
