I am Polona Hrovat Mavsar, founder of Involve Evolution – an organisation that brings together sustainability, purpose-driven entrepreneurship and inner transformation. I believe that real change starts with people – when individuals and teams choose to take responsibility, grow their potential and act consciously.
With over 15 years of experience in sustainability, project management, mentoring and working with innovative teams, I now support companies, public institutions and individuals not to remain stuck in frustration or theory, but to move into clear, meaningful and actionable steps – through concrete projects, competence development and the courage to make different decisions.
